I like Woopers, not just because of their funny personalities, but their cute appearances, especially the Paldean ones, both including Quagsire and Clodsire, their evolutions are pretty sweet as well, let me know your favorites, there's so many to choose from after all, haha! Even though Woopers don't have arms, they're still cute and cool looking fish Pokémon!

    It depends on the definition of fish. What are the limits? Is Gyarados a fish? What about Wigglet? But my favorite is Finizen line. My favorite shinies!

    Dewgong line, Starmie Line, Lanturn, Politoed, Swampert, Wailord, Crawdaunt line, Milotic line, Huntail, Relicanth, Kyogre, Barbaracle, Wishiwashi school form, Pyukumuku, Greninja line, Carracasta line, Tatsugiri, and Primarina line are my personal top tier fish/water pokemon.
