Swellow has endeavor+quick attack. It's easy to overestimate your power against it.

    Noctowl

Either Noctowl or Swellow. This was pretty hard as most of them are carnivorous birds (AKA you should try to never fight them because their claws and beak are specifically extra good at "defeating" other animals), and Toucannon, the only one who isn't carnivorous, is a cannon.

I want to explain my thinking.

Have you seen the size if Pidgeot!? That thing is huge! Plus it has to be at least level 50 in order to evolve. It's stats have got to be good for that level, and honestly they are. And if I'm not messing with the simple version then there ain't no way I'm going near the Mega! I'd be begging to meet my doom!

Corviknight can learn how to use tools due to how intelligent it is. Tools aren't that far from weapons! Also, it's made of literal steel! Nothing I do will hurt that thing! Plus its attack and speed are pretty good as well (trust me, I used it a lot in Sw/Sh). It would end me easily!

Staraptor genuinely scares me. It is one of my favorite of the birds (ties with Corviknight), so I know its strength. But there's also the fact that raptor is in its name. It's literally a hunter with a killer instinct! I could hide from it for three days (if I even manage to escape its speed) and it would still be searching for me! If I anger one of these I'd just start planning my funeral!

Kilowattrel is only intimidating due to its dual type. I don't want to be pecked and shocked to death at the same time. Plus, it can Thunder me, leaving me unable to move, approach me, and finish it. The electricity is what makes it scary.

Talonflame is similar to Kilowattrel but its stats are terrifying as well. High speed and strong attacks, as well as easily burning me. I'm cooked! Plus, the thing is like a Staraptor in terms of hunter instincts, so I know it's all over for me.

Swellow really ain't bad until you get to its speed. It would just land repetitive, fast strikes that would finish me before I can react.

I don't see anything bad about Unfezzant but I know it's a Stage 2, so its stats have to be at least good, probably best with speed. That's not something I want to deal with.

Noctowl doesn't seem like the biggest threat in terms of stats, but putting me to sleep then killing me would probably be an effective strategy. Or using Psychic moves then torturing me. That just doesn't sound fun.

Toucannon is my best choice because I could let it use its moves like Beak Blast, avoid them, let it wear itself out, then finish it and I win. I don't see anything unavoidably dangerous about this one.
