Buzzwole EX and Celesteela

Hey there i ran in a Buzzwole Celesteela Deck today and was kinda confused if its a bug or its wanted to function like that.

So Buzzwole attacked the previous turn with Big Beat and the description says "During your next turn, this Pokemon CAN´T use Big Beat.

For my understanding the Turn is over when you End your turn.

The Player used 2x Celesteela to trade Buzzwhole out and in and he could use Big Beat again, in the same turn.

I think that shouldn´t be possible because its still the same turn and Big Beat shouldnt be useable.

Or is it that when Celesteela traded him out the turn ended for him, shouldn´t be like that? Then the text should be edited so its correctly described.

The same happens with Togekiss and Crabominable ex. I think it's intended… that doesn't mean I think it's kind of broken tho.

it's 100% intended, it's how the Pokemon TCG has always worked since the game started all the way back in Base Set, if a Pokemon leaves the active spot any effects on it are removed, Big Beat puts the attack restriction on Buzzwole ex, and then once it leaves active via Celesteela that effect is removed
