Mega rayquaza

I have a rayquaza but not enough mega energy and no meteorite to mega evolve it. Because I missed all the events I can’t mega evolve it. So they should make it so that if you have a rayquaza it gives you a research that allows you to obtain the meteorite and mega energy if you haven’t participated in any of the events. Otherwise some people will not get one till the next event with it, which can be who knows when. So I think Pokemon should add that.
