Bug involving playing cards from my hand.

Pretty new to the game, but ran into a frustrating bug today. After a certain point in a game against a player, I could no longer take actions that involved my hand (couldn't play energy, couldnt play trainer or item cards, etc.). I could still activate abilities that moved damage counters, but when I went to use a Drakloak, the cards to pick from weren't displayed. After drawing a bunch of cards, one of the cards never loaded in, so I had a mystery card in my hand. My opponent was playing a Hop deck and I was playing a Dragapult deck. (Not sure if the cards played matter). Just posting to see if anyone's ran into an issue like this.
