Frozen Player Board

In the middle of one of my ranked matches, my opponent double KOd our pokemon, and when I selected my new active, the game state froze. My timer continued to count down after selection. The match was not over and was 2-2 upon the knockouts. My timer reached zero but didn't even end the game. I have proofs of this.
