I get that are certain match-ups that the deck can lose to but holy crap. That deck when going first can very easily pivot in and around Stunfisk and Zapdos while easily walling with Miraidon and very easily gets to its energy while using trainers effects & Rods to recover even if you can get in for some dmg here and there.

Its kinda toxic and surprisingly good. Very consistent too. How is not winning????

There are multiple Zapdos, Stunfisk and Miraidon; I have a guess as to which Miraidon you're referring to, but the Zapdos and Stunfisk I'm more unclear on. Which one?

Tournaments are often in sets of best of three. Rogue decks that aren't in the current meta might catch players by surprise in game 1, but by game 2 and 3, they may have the chance to think of some counterplay (saving Boss's Orders for when you try to stall with Miraidon, for example).
