Downtime has concluded and Pokémon TCG LIVE is back online.

Hello Trainers.

The Pokémon TCG Live game client will be undergoing maintenance on May 9, 2025. The game will be offline starting at 3:45 PM PT (05/09 22:45 UTC) and is estimated to be down until 6:00 PM PT (05/10 01:00 UTC).

Please see below for the list of issues being addressed:

Trainer Trials - Gym Leader Challenge

• TAG TEAM Supporter cards are incorrectly marked as invalid or do not appear as available for use
• Palossand GX (CES #82) is being incorrectly flagged as a non-rule-box Pokémon, resulting in it being available for use

UPDATE: Downtime has concluded and the Pokémon TCG LIVE game client is now back online and once again accessible to players.

While the core issues were successfully resolved, there is a known issue which causes TAG TEAM Supporter cards to still be incorrectly marked as invalid only when being added to an existing deck. Creating a new deck will allow TAG TEAM Supporter cards to be added and available for use within the Gym Leader Challenge Trainer Trial as intended.

The team will continue to investigate the outstanding issue, and we will provide another update once more information becomes available.
