Sneak Peek Campaign Having Bug?

Right now we having the sneak peek event, but sometime the sneak peek function won't appear, it's just a normal wonder pick. What happen? Anyone having the same issue with me?

    This is intentional, not every wonder pick will have a sneak peek. I would guess it's about a 50% chance of happening based on my experience.
