QoL Suggestion: Let players pick defaults (coin flip, going first/second (per deck), prize order)

Letting players pick defaults for coin flip, going first/second (per deck) and the prize order would speed matches up considerably. Even though it might just be a few seconds per game, I'm certain it will add up over hundreds over matches per user.
If the default isn't set, just default to current behavior.
