Probably a stupid question with a simple answer, but appletun causes 350 damage to my Lugia V using "thick mucus' but my Lugia V had no energy on it? What am I missing?

Appletun does damage for every special energy on their opponent side of the field, not just the active.

If Appletun did 350 damage and your lugia V didn't had an energy, that means you had 5 special energies attach to your pokemon on your bench.
