Pokemon story part 1

80 years have passed since the last champion was nominated. He passed away a week ago at the age of 92. All his pokemon have been released into the wild where they were caught. That was a sad day. But also a dangerous one. He had caught many pokemon in his prime. Beasts, myths, and legends all released into the peaceful world. Leaving anyone with enough power to obtain them. These pokemon released on this peaceful, yet fearful world. This especially left an impact on a city in Kanto called Cerulean city. The cave, only a thirty min walk from the city, was called home to a genetically modified pokemon named Mewtwo. The crystals in the cave were used as energy to power the water supply. When mine workers went into the cave to harvest the crystals, they were greeted by Mewtwo and never saw the light of day again. But 29 year old Alexis Oak was following the footsteps of Detective Looker. He was sent on a case to capture mewtwo with a master ball he spent ₽4000 on in under 24 hours. He would then sell it to his boss, to finally catch up on rent. Alexis needed this. As Alexis rode on the back of his Dragonite to the caves, he was calling his wife Rochelle for what could be the last time. “Honey. Please be safe.” Rochelle told him. He replied each time with a “I’ll be back before you know it!” Or a “I’ll be as safe as possible!” But each time he said that, he just wanted to cry. Like he had a Sobble for a heart. But he could lose his job if he doesn’t take this case. His boss is, in some words, demanding. But he had to meet his twins before they were due. It was his dream to have kids. By the time the call ended, he had arrived.

It's pretty cool! I can't wait to see what happens next. It was a little bit hard to read it though, since it was all put into one singular paragraph.
