Hello, wanna keep it short :

1-Im so tired of giving the right of banning to the lowest MMR on the team, they dont know how to ban properly and most of them skip the ban phase and end up banning nothing.

2-Also we want high MMR players to pick last not the opposite as it is now, imagine first picking a good carry, while low MMR teammates dont know how to counter nor switching position, not only that! but they ends up picking a squishy useless mon that counters none of their mons and we end up losing the game and wasting our time.

I typed this hoping you can fix it, and i believe this will help good players carry low skilled players.
