Missing the Right Card Versions

Hi,
I purchased/exchanged for blue coins, an Arceus V (SWSH204) and a rainbow rare Arceus VStar (176) in the deck builder. These versions came up as options to purchase as I already had some in my library from code cards and I wanted to purchase more. The deck I bought them in shows them. But I try adding them to another deck and it only shows versions Arceus V (122) and Arceus Vstar(123) which I don't own as many of. And funny enough the vis versa happens. Version 122/123 do not show up (despite owning some) in the deck that has the promo and rainbow rare versions. How do I get all of my arceus cards to show up in all decks?
Not sure if the bug is with me and I've missed something or there is a bug in the system. Help appreciated! Thanks!
