TCG Players who play for safe

Ok What do you guys think ?
There is one type of player I don't like to play with. I call them "players for safe" so basically they just play but they never put on the active their Best Card. It removes all the fun of the game. They play with no risk and it can go until the last tour. If you not here to play, have fun, take risk, leave the game please, we here to have fun, this is not called TCGP Pokemon Therapy when you hide behind something. This is a fun game at the end of the day. So please, play with your best Pokemon, take risk, have fun, lose your best card it's just a game. No need to be emotionally involved in it.
