This game is balance terribly.
Which ever company who is handling this game...what are you doing? This game is balanced terribly.
There are only a few decks that seem to be played...There is high roll water decks with the Misty trainer card, there are a few variation of thorns style decks, insert Giratina to what ever deck because it can just gather it's own energy, no combat decks where you just use effects or place energy down while having thorn items or thorn Pokemon, Arceus and Dialga deck, and insert your stupid tanky grass deck that just heals for approximately two plus damage in a game. An odd ball deck that I see once in a while are fighting decks that focus on Rampardos to finish the game.
Unless you get extremely lucky and get the correct EX pokemon and the play set there is no point in playing competitively. The meta is getting worse. The meta is getting tankyer and more one shot. This game is meant to be quickly and snappy but it's just a waste of time.
There needs to be more ex pokemon hate. The fact that you can be hitting an ex pokemon several times and they just heal or take the damage and then one shots your pokemon is dumb.
Why keep printing more and more powerful pokemon that can just ramp, one tap majority of the pokemon in the game, and tank a ton of damage?
Stop making EX Pokemon and make more tech against them.
EX Pokemon should be one in a deck (no duplicates) or even one EX Pokemon per deck period...
This game is getting worse and worse.
