I'm no expert on smartphones, however my guess would be that Samsung Galaxy would be in list of supported devices.

Does your phone have all system updates installed, or it's still running Android 11?

Edit: From what I've learned, system updates are not an issue, since oldest supported version is Android 7.

It just seemed odd that my phone, which have almost the same hardware as Galaxy A13, is capable of running PTCGP with no issues.

The problem is that Galaxy A13 is running 32-bit version of Android OS, while the game support only 64-bit, and there is practically no reason for them to add support for old 32-bit OS.

Basically every app that was released in 32-bit era and is still maintained and updated even today was rewritten for 64-bit architecture and support for 32-bit was dropped.

It's very unlikely that they will add support for 32-bit Android OS to new game that was released few months ago.
