How does the draw system work in TCG Pocket

I have a question to a specific matter that just happened, Let me explain, first of all my opponent kills my mew EX, in the game when you kill an EX it is equivalent to 2 points, so at that moment he takes the advantage, then I kill one of his normal pokemon so I come back to the score which makes 2-1 for him. At the end I play with my dialga and it has a rocky helmet which inflicts 20 damage to the opponent. So my opponent has an Arceus with 10 HP remaining and despite everything he kills my dialga, but my dialga still manages to kill his Arceus thanks to the rocky helmet so the game ends with a score of 3-3 because I take two points by killing his Arceus EX thanks to the rocky helmet. But at the end it still shows me a defeat so I don't understand

because the score was actually 3-4.

He killed two ex cards netting him 4 points

You killed an ex and a standard card netting you 3 points

The score keeper only tracks 3 cause thats all you need to win, it goes higher though

Did you have another Pokemon on your bench? If you didn’t, that is why you lost.
