Tearing full arts and new packs? Along with gifting cards
Personally I have always been frustrated with the fact that there are any restrictions on trading cards after all it is all Pokémon the TRADING CARD GAME. Trading is half of the fun and having it be restricted always seemed so silly to me. If you are higher level you probably already have all the cards you need from the old packs and only want to trade for ones in the new so why is it impossible to do that or most likely you have collected all the cards you "need" you just want a special art you should be able to trade for it because after all it is a TRADING CARD GAME. I also think implementing a system of gifting would be a really fun idea. Sometimes when you are new, it can feel a little hard to progress or maybe you just aren't drawn to any of the Pokémon you have pulled yet which can make you unmotivated to build your own deck. I personally didn't build my own deck until by pure luck I pulled my rainbow rim machamp and knew instantly that I wanted to build a deck around it, but if you have an experienced friend they could gift you a card to get the ball rolling and keep you engaged with the game. I think a system like this would make the game a lot more fun for new and specifically more casual players.
