Help Making a Miraidon EX/Zeraora VSTAR Deck

I recently decided to try my hand at the Pokemon TCG, and figured I should make a Miraidon EX deck since Miraidon is my favorite legendary and the deck seems to be doing pretty good overall. However, I decided that I wanted to do something different from the typical Miraidon EX and replaced Regieleki V/Vmax with Zeraora VSTAR instead. Below is a deck recipie I have for the deck, and I was wondering if I could have some pointers on how to make the deck competitively viable:
