Attacks are doing less damage

First time playing against a Regidrago Vstar and Teal Mask Ogerpon.

All of my pokemons attacks were a fraction of what they should be. I didn't see any abilities working against me, no stadium or tools were in play. My charizard EX only did 120 damage where is should have been 300. My Pidgeot only did 20 damage when it should have been 120.

I also had a defiance band on my cards , several different times and the attacks neglect to add that damage.

What am I missing?
