Support Closed and Marked Issue as Solved w/o any resolution.

As of over a month ago I have not received trade credit rewards (440 daily from 2x220) from the daily missions. I opened a ticket with support over 18 days ago, went to check in on it today to reply back and it was closed and marked as Solved. I would love to know what the solution was because nothing has changed. Still missing almost 8,000 in trade credits since opening the tickets and more than 10K since it started occurring. My interactions with support have been lackluster to say the least.

I think this has been a bug for multiple people, but it seems to have been lost in the shuffle of other issues. It is hard for me to make competitive decks and experiment when I have a limited pool of trade credits from simply dupe buying.

    I created more than 6 tickets and they were all closed the same day or in 24 hours as resolved. Even the addendum to the ticket where I asked on what basis they closed it was closed. Apparently the problems are not only with the game, but also with the support site and those who deal with it. Perhaps they do not care and do not want to solve any issues. It's disgusting to be honest.

    The support is the worst. I submitted tickets because i wasnt recieving my crystals when leveling up. Since then the currency in game changed. Emails saying they were working on it. Updates that theres no fix to my issue yet. Then i get an email saying they resolved the issue. But they didnt!! Replied back that it was not fixed. The agent i was talking too, then asks questions and i had to repeat what my issue was all over again. For real! You resolved the issue months later, but dont even know what the issue was. What a joke. W

    No worries, they replied again finally last night. Marked it solved again and said contrary to what the Battle Pass Daily Missions state in game, they are not intended to reward 220 trade credits per mission. (I'm paraphrasing, as they used wrong terminology in their reply)

    The daily battle pass quests do not reward trainer credits.  Trainer Points and Battle Pass XP are the two rewards from each quest.
