Help poll won't form

ive tried to make the same poll twice and I get an error of not being able to find the discussion. What can I do to make the poll? Is it even going through, if it is then please allow the second one.

    polls are funny in a way if they have to go through the approval system the poll itself will get approved but not the choices leaving the poll to say poll failed to load.

    polls are funny in a way if they have to go through the approval system the poll itself will get approved but not the choices leaving the poll to say poll failed to load.
