Attention Trainers,
The Pokémon TCG Live game client will be updated on February 26, 2025 to implement a number of fixes. The game will be offline starting at 10 AM PT (18:00 UTC) and is estimated to be down for 6 hours.
Please see below for the list of adjustments being made:
- Fixed an issue that could cause the match to become unresponsive if Supporter cards like Gardenia's Vigor (ASR #143) or Giovanni's Charisma (MEW #161) were played without having any Energy cards in your hand to attach to a Pokémon.
- Fixed an issue where effects that attached or moved Energy cards like Archaludon ex (SSP #130)'s "Assemble Alloy" Ability, Magneton (SSP #059)'s “Overvolt Discharge” Ability, and Heavy Baton (TEF #151) did not consistently allow a Pokémon to be chosen for those cards to be attached to.
- Fixed an issue that could allow 2 Benched Pokémon to be promoted to a player's Active Spot simultaneously, causing the match to become unresponsive.
The Studio Team will be actively monitoring the game and these changes following their implementation to ensure any potential new issues are addressed.
