I'm pretty shocked nobody said this Pokémon, but Eevee!
I also find Flareon and Umbreon pretty adorable!
One I wouldn't call cute but more of a majestic prettiness is Hisuian Zoroark.

Honestly, Eevee is one of my favorites when it comes to cute. Yamper is another one, and Pikachu too.
