Newbie Here... I Played Once in 2000 and That's It

Hey guys. I haven't played the TCG since the base set came out. I just found out about Pocket and Live. Didn't even know Nintendo did a digital version of the TCG aside from the Game Boy Color version.

I want to make a fire/lightning deck in Live. I've been having great success with that in Pocket.

Not sure what you wanted a reply to? Do you need help making a fire/electric deck or something?

Why anyone would reply? no question was asked... you just said you want to make fire/lightning deck... good for you.

Also your 2nd post was rude.

Played tcg for the last time in 2022, and this new version is completely different..
First of all i lost all my decks/pokemon cards i collected back then.
Tried a couple games, but i think this new version is not as good as the old one.
Even with the new visuals etc etc.

What there is to say? Go for it.

Just keep in mind that PTCG Live and PTCG Pocket are two completely different iterations of PTCG.

PTCGP is overly simplified version of PTCG, unlike PTCGL which is centered around playing with latest expansion battle-pass deck and finding best counter to that. You may find it almost impossible to play any deck that is not on par with recent expansions top competitive cards, because matchmaking will place you against those not matter what deck you will choose play.

For that matter, I can only wish you good luck playing any fire/lightning type deck composed from cards obtained by opening booster packs in same way like you would in PTCGP, or picking any "Play Level 1" theme deck from "ex Battle Deck" series.

You will never win single match even in casual mode in PTCGL unless your deck fits at least in the "Play Level 3" category.
