If you are still experiencing issues with your Drops, please contact our support team directly at this link with further information about your account and which Drops are missing.
Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon Video Games from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the bottom left side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
