Where can I find this card to add to my deck? The card I have IRL has 130 HP and jaw lock and power blast I know it's not the best card probably but it's my favorite Pokemon thanks in advance.

it’s not currently in the Standard format so you’ll have to go to the Expanded section to build with it. When Expanded comes out in Friend Battles you’ll be able to play it there, too.

As a previous poster said you need to use the filter option to include non-standard cards

You can manually type the name of the card in and find it after that, and then with trading tokens you can buy several copies
