Some Information on Data Transfer through Customer Support [PTCGP]

I'm sure some of you have accidentally uninstalled Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket without a link and lost access to your account. And I'm sure some of you have also tried contacting Customer Support, however to no avail. Here is some information I can provide.
DO NOT use this information to try and impersonate and steal other accounts. As quoted from the warnings before sending a request on the support website, "Please do not attempt to obtain play data from others by misrepresenting your identity, such as falsely claiming another person’s Support ID. These actions can result in criminal penalties."
Not Getting a Response E-mail
Possibility 1 - I am not entirely sure about this, but if your request was denied when they think you're suspicious, you won't get a response from the E-mail. I suspect this because when I submitted my first request, which did not receive a response, I did not provide as much information as my second.
Possibility 2 - The E-mail may not go through. I suspect this as in my first request, the profile picture of the support account is just a default grey person. Meanwhile my second one showed a "P" standing for Pokemon.
If you do not get a response E-mail within 2-3 days, you can try creating another request, this time, try providing more information than you did before. If you get lucky you could get a response same-day.
Response Email
In the event that you do get a response E-mail agreeing to help you restore your account, they will ask you to create a new account to transfer data over to, and to link a Nintendo Account to your newly created PTCGP account. Then in a response E-mail, you have to send a screenshot of your Support ID on the title screen of the new account, the PTCGP account's display name, and the E-mail address that Nintendo Account is linked to. Keep in mind that even at this point, the data transfer is NOT guaranteed.
Transferring Data
From what I can tell, it takes a while for the data transfer to go through, I have sent the relevant info of my new account in a reply last night [11/2/25], however today [12/2/25] I still have not gotten a reply or have my data in my newly made account. Rest assured I will keep you guys updated if I do or do not get my account back.
If anyone can share any additional details, like how long does this transfer take, it would be greatly appreciated.
