Help! Bummed out

I used my exchanged points to obtain Glaceon Ex on Pokémon tcg live, only to find out that it’s a banned card!!!!! 😭

Is there a way to use the card, it’s one of my daily quests to put it in play which is the only reason I even used my points to get it, or is there a way to get a “refund” on my exchanged points since the card isn’t even “playable”

have you crafted the old EX, the old EXs are from years ago and have been rotated out of standard play, therefore they can only be used in expanded, the new exs should all be viable. The old exs will show the EX in capitals and newer ones will show a lower case
