can I play classic boss's orders?

I know that the boss's orders 019/034 is from the classic set, but is that true that I can't play it eventhouth it has the same name and description with the most recent boss's orders

In TCG Live only cards from Sun & Moon Series and forward are playable.
Cards from XY Series and Black & White Series are in game, but not playable yet.
Cards from series before those aren't supported and aren't in game.

I'm pretty sure you can use it, but I might be wrong.

I can't find the card, but I believe it is legal since Boss's Orders was printed in BRS and PAL.
