mystery dungeon story 2 part 1
Chapter 1- Reluctant Assistance
Bella frantically started to search for someone too help, to the best of her abilities that is since she still wasn't used to her new flippers. "Hey Popplio I can feel that you are stressed and frantic, it's hard for me to handle strong emotions in the state I am right now. Remember the lake you got the oran berry from Popplio?"
"My name isn't Popplio, its Bella and yeah I do have a good memory of the lake you are referring too." Bella was pretty confused why she was being called Popplio, she guessed maybe cause she was turned into one but don't pokemon have names? She would just ask the next pokemon she found to help her. She continued to go up the hill tripping at almost every step.
"Well that lake is connected to a stream that travels pretty close to a town near here called Breeze Town, and it should be faster for you to travel that way since your flippers were made for swimming and not for walking." Mesprit said still too weak to move.
"Oh right, I should probably do that." Bella turned directions and stumbled down the hill till she got to the lake. She dove and started to swim swiftly through the currents of the river. She maneuvered past any obstacle in her way with ease, she really enjoyed being in the water.

Bella after traveling for a while, finally made it to a clearing. In the distance she saw a snivy sitting down a stump. "Hey you, I need your help, it's really urgent." Bella waited for a reply but the snivy didn't respond. She decided to ask again "I need your help, it's pretty urgent." The snivy continued to ignore her. "I need your help this instant!"
The Snivy finally looked up from his stump and he scoffed "Why do you think I would help a shiny? If you really need my help you have to drag me along. Because no shiny will force me off this stump." Bella knew how urgent the situation was and knew if the only way to help Mesprit is to get this snivy off that stump, she would get him off the stump. She grabbed the snivy with her flippers and started to drag him toward the river. "What do you think your doing? I can't breathe underwater! I really wasn't being serious, I just wanted to be left alone." As the snivy was saying this a thought popped into Bella's head. She got turned into a shiny popplio, and popplio can make water bubbles that let other pokemon breathe under water, so she can make a water bubble so that the snivy can breathe underwater. Bella closed her eyes and focused all of her energy toward her nose, she breathed in and out and soon she created a water bubble big enough for the snivy which she quickly put snivy in. She then grabbed snivy and jumped into the river and started to swim back.

Rebe had no idea what had happened he tried to intimidate that popplio away, and now he was in a bubble being pulled by that exact same popplio who seems to be dodging every stone and branch perfectly which in turn is making him be hit by every single one. Rebe just couldn't stand shinies since he was a twin of a shiny and was usually left in the dust because of that. Rebe realized that the river that the popplio was taking him through lead to a big lake. The popplio dragged him to shore, he still didn't see what this popplio needed help with. The popplio continued to take him to a little clearing and in the center of the clearing was a weak figure, this figure had a pink head and a blue body it took Rebe a minute to realize that this was in fact Mesprit the legendary pokemon of emotions. "Why couldn't you have found someone else to do this? I'm not part of a rescue team, I really have no authority to help you."
Bella needed to convince this snivy to help her. She then thought of the perfect thing to say, "Well Snivy it took me this long to find you, and this is an emergency, and I have a hard time walking, you should help with this. Plus you would need to go back anyway."
Rebe was frustrated with this popplio but realized that this popplio probably won't let him leave until he agreed to help. "Fine Popplio, I can take you and this Mesprit to my place but we are going to go the normal way, got that?"
"Got that." Bella said as the 3 started to head out of the clearing for an adventure that has just started to unfold.
