Seriously, why won't the Devs fix the MANY issues in the game?

I'm not gonna type out each one cause we all know,
Like #1 match making,
#2 unbalanced pokemon
#3 over priced items etc....
Anyone have any answers? Maybe a moderator can actually chime in and explain why devs stop caring about quality of the game?
