Casual game cant be queued up

Due to the Fusion Strike Energy issue, I don't want to lose my points in ranked ladder vs that deck. But I can't queue into the casual game. The cancel button just shows up and disappears endlessly and can't join any game. Does this happen to other players?

You were in a desync, your client was finding opponents every time the cancel button disappeared but failed to enter the room for that game, keeping you in the queue while someone else was sent to a room waiting for you to connect until they either left that game or the timer gave them the win.

In ranked, you lose points every time the cancel button disappears.
