How do you claim Twitch Drop

I got a Surging Sparks ETB from Drops, and on the Twitch mobile app it says that I claimed it, but I can't find it on the Live client. Could y'all help me, ty!

    I'm having the same problem. I also redeemed a few codes and those never opened for me either when I re-opened the mobile app.

    I'll try the solution the above-mod posted, but I felt it important to share that this issue is still happening to people.
