Say something nice about TCG Live
You don’t have to. You can if you want to.
It’s got A LOT of issues, but I’m at least thankful it exists so that I can actually play the Pokémon TCG since it’s not possible to do irl.

One great thing about it is the more time passes the closer it gets for it to be replaced with something hopefully better.

@DoubleCure I figured this would only get remarks like this.
Oh well, I guess it’s just tarnished it’s name too much.

The problem it's not the name or the TCG... The problem is that the online game is just bad, filled with bugs and they refuse to listen to simple things players have been asking for years... so it's a hopeless project, lets hope the next one comes soon and it's better.

@DoubleCure I wasn’t talking about it’s ‘name’ literally, it’s just a figure of speech

What the devs have managed to put together is actually pretty good for a game that has zero monetization and therefore likely very limited resources (no code cards aren't monetization, no one's desicsion to buy a real life pack is being swayed by thier inclusion if anything they're an extra cost added for advertising). Recent updates have been a step in the right direction for the game and I think surging sparks had been the smoothest content update yet.

@TechNoise Yeah, but in the new update they changed the battle pass, and now that sucks, like the rest of the game. I think to answer the question, it's probably how cheap and easy it is to get cards. It only takes 600 of credits to get an ex, which makes it easier to get decks.
But yes, DoubleCure is right, the devs really have just been screwing around for the last update. We've asked for so many things since the game came out, yet all they do is downgrade the battle pass— and before that, for some reason we get a stupid hat with a duck on it.
I quit playing the game a while back, and it's not looking good for the future of LIVE if the devs don't make some big changes quick.
