Regieleki VMAX Viability?

So I'm building a lost zone Pikachu ex deck that also includes a Raikou V and Iron Hands ex, and in testing I keep getting walled out by +300 hp cards. The hp boosting tool cards aren't really a problem because I run 3 lost vacuums, but stuff like Charizard and Dragapult are a bit too much to work through. I usually can't run tool cards to compensate for it because I need the tool slot on Pikachu for Sparkling Crystal. Gravity Mountain does a lot to help but it can be a bit volatile as a Stadium card and I lose the crazy damage from Area Zero+Raikou. Is Regieleki worth running or nah?

    I enjoy Regieleki V & Vmax, but they can be underwhelming. But free retreat with the Vmax & the walling attack on the V can be a help. The may find that too many decks are 1 shotting your Vmax though.
