Returning Player Frustrated with BOTS

I am begging the devs to allow us to opt out of BOT matches. As a support player it just creates extremely boring and frustrating matches due to BOTS not going to objectives or straight up getting stuck on maps. The casual match feature is useless. I'd like to practice more without sacrificing rank but I just get stuck with bots. This is a game killer. LISTEN to your player base. At this rate I'm better off playing literally anything else. I'm upset I spent money on a game that thinks its being slick by sticking me with NPCs posing as real people. All in the name of a quick que time? Rediculous.
