Yes, for Venusaur/Lilligant the best counter it's Charizard/Moltres.

The best counters to Charizard/Moltres are Starmie/Articuno deck and also Pikachu decks.

Nope what? Being the best counter doesn't mean you will always win... if those aren't the best counters you tell me witch are.

The charizard/ Moltres definitely be one of the better counters i can think of right off hand.
