Is there a way to find adult league play?

Pokemon is pretty old at this point, so I am sure there are more adult TCG players. I played a lot of Pokemon games over the years and Live definitely had me considering getting back into the physical.

However, I know that it's always been mainly geared towards kids, and I'm wondering if there's a way to find adult casual leagues or play somehow. The event finder doesn't really give any details on anything.
