No plans for the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon sequels feat. Gens VII-present Pokémon? Why?

Why do you think that Spike Chunsoft has no plans for any Pokémon Mystery Dungeon sequels featuring Generations VII-present Pokémon after Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, besides remakes like Rescue Team DX? Please let me know, thanks.😉

    There is still the possibility of getting a new one I mean it is the most beloved spinoff series of the Pokémon franchise and it would be criminal to not make another but I do worry that Pokemon might be done with spinoffs since we’ve gotten no news for a spinoff for this year or next and I’m kind of sick of mobiles at this point there are so many that I feel I would rather be purchasing spinoffs than playing P2W games

    I haven't looked into it, but my guess would be that they are making other games in the Mystery Dungeon franchise or other games in general.

    I suppose it could also be something on the Pokémon side of the crossover. Maybe other Pokémon projects are the priority right now.

    Considering that the Mystery Dungeon games are being appraised as hidden gems in recent years (at least in the western world), I don't know why they decided to stop the non-remakes after Super Mystery Dungeon or why they're not remaking any more of the older games. In regards to this seeming drought of Mystery Dungeon, I'm currently just as clueless as you.
