Shiny charm for Regis?

currently hunting registeel in crown tundra. Are they affected by the shiny charm

    Well, as long as it's not shiny-locked, the Shiny Charm should be able to work.

    Unfortunately, no. The Shiny Charm doesn't affect the Legendary Titans, in addition to the wild Pokémon you find in Motostoke Stadium, the Fossil Chimera Pokémon, scripted encounters, Pokémon found when cooking curry, or Pokémon from Regina.
