Is it possible to make a deck with only one of each ex and/or v?

Well, I don't really know where to start in the first place, I mean, I have collected the cards, know how to play the game and played with an online deck.

I know you need at least 2 of the same card, (I only have duplicates of Alolan Vulpix v and Greedent v)

but yeah, I need tips for this, and if you could, please put a deck idea in the text box.

Ok got it now. And yes there are top meta decks with low copies of ex Pokemon, this decks below use max of 2 copies of ex/V Pokemon:

Gardevoir ex deck: uses 2 copies of Gardevoir ex and a single copy of Fezandipiti ex:

Palkia ex with Dusknoir deck: 2 copies of Palkia V and also 2 Palkia Vstar, plus 1 copy of Greninja ex, Mew ex, Fezandipiti ex, Squawkabilly ex and Ursaluna ex;

Lost zone Box deck: 1 copy of Iron Hands ex and Ursaluna ex;

Charizard ex with Pidgeot ex: 2 copies of Charizard ex, 2 copies of Pidgeot e 1 copy of Fezandipiti ex, Rotom V and Lumineon V;

Snorlax deck: 1 copy of Rotom V and Cornerstone Ogerpon ex;

Either I didn't understood the question or that make no sense… a deck with one of each existing ex?

It really depends, some decks require 4 copies others you may need only 1 usually a supporter role Pokemon.

I think you need to elaborate exactly what you are trying to do.

Anyway, what I'm trying to ask is if any deck which is "meta" right now is usable with only limited ex's or v's.

Well what I meant under "make a deck with only one ex or v" was not all existing, but one of each ex or v according to a deck.

Basically all I need help with is making a deck for pokémon tcg with only limited ex's or v's which is also "meta"

You can't make many meta decks with one of each ex/V, but you can make a new format that limits players to one of each card, similar to GLC, vut with ruleboxes and multiple types in a deck.
