HELP! I have a lot of shop tickets, should I spend them on pack hourglasses or wait?

You should start by buying the promo cards that after you have 2 of each get pack hourglasses that is what I did

First get 2 of each promo cards from the shop, then use them on the time limited hourglasses (first the pack hourglasses then wonder hourglasses), after that use them on all the "no timer" hourglasses, only after you wait and accumulate to use them again once the timer resets.
