What happened to the rest the Gens III-present Pokémon in Pokémon Smile?

Hey, guys. I knew that there were all Gens I and II Pokémon available in Pokémon Smile, the mobile device apps. From beyond Gen II in the app are the only few Pokémon: Ludicolo, Mime Jr. and Dedenne. So, by the way, I'm just wanting to know what happened to the rest of Gens III-present Pokémon in Pokémon Smile, the app? Why? Please let me know, thanks.😉
