Why is match making so bad?

this season feels even worse than usual. I’m in Masters 1500+ and I just lost three games in a row where my teammates (some of them Ultra) surrender at 5 minutes because none of them team fight (0 kills/0 assists). Why do I keep getting matched with them? I have almost 10k games and a positive win rate, they do not, there is a clear skill difference that is easily measurable. This game experience is miserable!!!!!!! Why can’t you all fix match making?

They're too busy milking the whales by making purple holowears with move effects and market it as orange holowears that have fluctuating prices.
