Do you mean that they will keep adding it to every regulation, or that we can use the ones from F and G

if it gusts up all Pokemon, then yes, Lisa’s Appeal would see plenty of play, but because it only gusts basics, I don’t see much potential.

Might be good against miraidon and unfinished charizard hands as a support for boss' orders but being restricted to a basic isnt super huge since if theres a basic on field long enough for lisia to activate its probably set up for attacking
