I got the "This message can't be sent" warning in Chat and now I'm afraid I'll be banned for 100 yea

I was talking with a friend and I got the "This message can't be sent" warning. I know from many friends that these automatic warnings quickly turn into chat bans for weeks that then all of a sudden turn into your entire account getting banned for 100 years. Not even naughty words, you can't type things like "bot" or "banned" which is strangely backwards considering the bottom path and banning Pokemons exist.

Trying to appeal in support is a lost cause, you literally just get bot responses. You have to be the lucky 0.0% of people who the support team takes pity on to get your account back.

Will these 100 bans be addressed please? I know numerous people who have been playing for years, own every unite license, unlocked every achievement, been in the top 100, and then all of a sudden, they get banned for 100 years.

No way to get in touch with a real person in support to figure out what you even did to be deserving of a 100 year ban. I doubt it's even handed out by an actual person. I dunno any other game that does this where they lock out loyal players for a hundred years over chat related things. Why not just stop the message from sending through in the first place? Why aren't people who continuously AFK and troll ranked matches given more lenient punishment than someone who types a no no word in a chat??

I don't even have an account thats banned for 100 years (yet) but I know too many friends who have been banned and it just frustrates me a lot. Also scared that it'll happen to me because one day I don't type the right word in chat.
