I think that it's Terapagos ex, because it can prevent all attack damage done to it by attacks by its opponent's non-Colorless Pokémon after using its second attack.

    Sparkling Crystal (Stellar Crown 142/142)

My 3 favorites are Sparkling Crystal, Briar and Area Zero Underdepths.

First Sparkling Crystal it's so good! the only down side it's being an ACE SPEC, but it had to be or would be broken (it had to be in every deck if wasn't an ACE SPEC).

Then Briar it's almost fantastic, but its condition to 2 prize card left makes it useless if that condition fails.

Finally Area Zero Underdepths it's great but only for few decks. If your deck takes significant advantage from this card then it can be the 1st, but if not it's useless and you can counter it relativly easily.

    Briar (Stellar Crown 132/142)

I think Briar is a late game power card, because you could take back a game, maybe with Charizard ex and Burning Darkness and scoop up a two or three Prize knockout for the lead or the win. Since you can’t use it until your opponent has two Prizes that’s incentive to use it with Charizard so you get 300 damage from Burning Darkness. (Imagine if the VMAX cards were still in rotation that would be FOUR prizes as they normally give up three.)

Area Zero Underdepths (Stellar Crown 131/142)

Area zero under depths without hesitation, as I believe that it will be played in the most decks, and it will seriously shake up the gameplay and board capacity of all tera decks. Noctowl is a close second because of its broken ability.
