Did you know that there's a ribbon you can only get by beating all 5 types of Master rank contests with the same Pokémon?

Also if you've beaten a Master rank contest there's a chance that Lisia is one of the contestants the next time you do a Master rank contest. I remember Wallace could also appear but I forgot what you have to do for him to start appearing.
